Karen Christopherson is available for teaching a 1-day to 3-day course on MT and/or EM. These courses can be tailored to your needs, and as technical as desired. They can also be designed for a particular application or interest.

Karen has been the official Magnetotelluric course instructor for SEG's (Society of Exploration Geophysicists) Continuing Education program since 2002. These courses are offered by SEG about once per year at the annual meeting, or (normally) in Houston.

She has performed in-house courses for BP (British Petroleum), BGP (Bureau of Geophysical Prospecting, China), Hunt Oil, Pemex, and numerous other mineral and petroleum companies. She is the current instructor on MT for WesternGeco.

If desired, proprietary MT courses can include datasets provided by the client for demonstration, and for practice by students.
